We strive to deliver your favorite products safely and efficiently.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Free Shipping: 3–7 business days on orders over $50
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Harmony Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier with your tracking number.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
